Refunds and Returns

refund policy

By making a purchase from us, you agree to be bound by the following Returns and Refunds Policy, ideally you should read it in its entirety before submitting an order.

 

RETURNS

All sales on this site are final. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on any product purchased on this site unless it is defective. If you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your intended purchase, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date your package was received.

Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to qualify for returns. It must also be in the original packaging in which it was received.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

We also require that all returns be accompanied by a detailed written statement. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, please contact our customer service department and send your package to the following address:

REFUNDS

When your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 business days of your refund being approved.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contacto@ch-store.net and send your item to:

SHIPMENT

Our products ship within 7-14 business days. We offer free shipping on any order, to all locations within Panama. If you live outside of Panama, additional shipping fees may apply. To return your product, you must send it by mail to: contacto@ch-store.net

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the item will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75, you should consider using a courier service that includes a tracking number or purchasing insurance that covers the merchandise.
